XL CONGRESO DE LA FISAE – PALMA 2024<\/strong> – EX-LIBRIS PARA LA PAZ <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Como algunos ya sab\u00e9is, desde la Associaci\u00f3 Catalana d’Exlibristes y Contratalla Art estamos organizando el XL Congreso de la FISAE<\/strong>, que celebrar\u00e1 en Palma de Mallorca los d\u00edas 1 a 6 de octubre de 2024. Dado el inter\u00e9s mostrado por algunas asociaciones miembro de la FISAE y varios exlibristas y con la finalidad de disponer de tiempo suficiente para organizar el Concurso Internacional de \u00abEx-libris para la Paz<\/strong>\u00bb, su resoluci\u00f3n y la publicaci\u00f3n de su cat\u00e1logo, hoy, 25 de octubre de 2023, hacemos p\u00fablicas sus bases y abrimos la recepci\u00f3n de las obras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As some of you already know, from the Associaci\u00f3 Catalana d’Exlibristes y Contratalla Art we are organizing the XL FISAE Congress<\/strong>, which will be held in Palma de Mallorca from October 1 to 6, 2024. Given the interest shown by some member associations of the FISAE and several exlibrists, and in order to have enough time to organize the International Competition <\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em>“Ex-libris for Peac<\/em><\/strong>e”,<\/strong> its resolution and the publication of its catalogue, today, October 25, 2023, we make public its rules and open the reception of works.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BASES<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 1.<\/strong> Los participantes pueden enviar como m\u00e1ximo cinco ex-libris diferentes, no anteriores al a\u00f1o 2019. De cada uno se enviar\u00e1n tres estampas que no se devolver\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 2.<\/strong> No hay restricciones de estilo, m\u00e9todos de trabajo o t\u00e9cnicas. El tema del ex-libris deber\u00e1 girar en torno a \u00abEx-libris para la Paz\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 3.<\/strong> Los ex-libris contendr\u00e1n la palabra \u00abEx-libris\u00bb y el lema \u00abEx-libris para la Paz\u00bb, en el idioma que se desee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 4.<\/strong> En la parte posterior del ex-libris ha de constar: 1) nombre del artista, 2) t\u00e9cnica, 3) a\u00f1o de ejecuci\u00f3n, 4) direcci\u00f3n postal y 5) correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 5.<\/strong> El tama\u00f1o m\u00e1ximo de la obra se limita a 190 mm x 140 mm y la imagen puede ocupar toda o parte de la superficie del papel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 6.<\/strong> El d\u00eda 15 de junio de 2024 es la fecha l\u00edmite de env\u00edo de los ex-libris, a portes pagados, a la siguiente direcci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 7. <\/strong>Se otorgar\u00e1 UN PRIMER PREMIO DE 1000,- \u20ac y las menciones honor\u00edficas sin aportaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que decida el jurado. El ganador deber\u00e1 entregar, en un plazo de 30 d\u00edas tras hab\u00e9rsele comunicado la decisi\u00f3n del jurado, una edici\u00f3n de 50 ejemplares del ex-libris ganador que se distribuir\u00e1 gratuitamente entre los miembros del jurado, las asociaciones de la FISAE que lo soliciten, la Biblioteca Nacional de Catalunya y la Biblioteca Nacional de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 8.<\/strong> Todos los ex-libris presentados se podr\u00e1n reproducir en libros, cat\u00e1logos, p\u00f3steres, postales…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 9. <\/strong>Con los trabajos premiados y seleccionados por el jurado se confeccionar\u00e1 un cat\u00e1logo y se llevaran a cabo exposiciones en diferentes emplazamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 10.<\/strong> Los artistas, por el hecho de participar en este concurso, aceptan estas bases y las decisiones del jurado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RULES<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Article 1. <\/strong>Participants can send a maximum of five different ex-libris, not previous to 2019. Three copies of each will be send and will not be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2. <\/strong>There are no restrictions on style, work methods or techniques. The theme of the ex-libris should be \u201cEx-libris for Peace\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 3.<\/strong> The ex-libris will contain the word \u201cEx-libris\u201d and the motto \u201cEx-libris for Peace\u201d, in the chosen language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 4.<\/strong> On the back of the ex-libris it must appear: 1) name of the artist, 2) technique, 3) year of execution, 4) postal address and 5) email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 5. <\/strong>The maximum size of the work is limited to 190 mm x 140 mm and the image may occupy all or part of the surface of the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 6.<\/strong> June 15, 2024 is the deadline for sending the ex-libris, postage paid, to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 7. <\/strong>A FIRST PRIZE OF 1.000 \u20ac will be awarded and honourable mentions without financial contribution will be decided by the jury. The winner must deliver, within 30 days after being informed of the jury\u2019s decision, an edition of 50 copies of the winning ex-libris that will be distributed, free of charge, among the members of the jury, the FISAE associations that request it, the National Library of Catalonia and the National Library of Spain <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 8.<\/strong> All ex-libris presented can be reproduced in books, catalogues, posters, postcards\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 9.<\/strong> A catalogue will be edited with the awarded and selected works and exhibitions will be held in different locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 10. <\/strong>The artists, by participating in the competition, accept these rules and the decisions of the jury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
